When and To Whom Does This Privacy Statement Apply?
This Statement governs personal information collected from: (1) visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources; and (2) individuals who interact with our advertisements or content appearing on third-party platforms. This Statement applies to how we process and disclose personal information gathered from these individuals. Where we have separate obligations to other categories of data subjects — such as employees, vendors, or supply chain partners — we address those obligations through confidential agreements and other required notices.
How Do We Collect Your Personal Information?
We collect personal information through the following means: (1) when you voluntarily provide it to us; (2) through automated technical collection when you access or use our services; and (3) when it is furnished to us by third parties such as marketing firms, advertising companies, social media platforms, or service providers acting on our behalf.

If you prefer not to share this information, please refrain from submitting it. Participation in our services is entirely voluntary. Choosing not to share certain information may limit access to some features, but most content will remain available, and we do not treat users differently based on the amount of information provided.
Automatic Collection
When you visit or use our services, we automatically collect information about your internet and electronic activity through your browser via tracking technologies such as cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that allow us to collect your IP address, recognize your device, and record certain preferences or prior interactions with our services.
If you access our services from a mobile device, your mobile service provider may transmit certain device-specific information to us, which may allow us to associate your mobile phone number with your device's identification data.
External Sources
We may work with third-party providers who supply us with data, including personal information, to help us better target our services to interested audiences. We also engage digital advertising and marketing partners who use their own tracking technologies to collect and share data with us for advertising personalization. We are not responsible for the data collection practices of these third parties.
We maintain a presence on external social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those platforms or any third-party sites and apps we may link to. Those platforms and sites operate under their own privacy policies and terms of use.
